We cover the process of planning, organizing, and monitoring large gatherings of people to establish a safe and secure environment and maintain a minimum level of space to avoid gridlock and rapid crowd movements. 

We anticipate and plan for the worst-case scenario such as fire, active assailants, etc. We aim to reduce and mitigate the risks associated with crowds in advance, by training and reviewing your venue emergency procedure.  

Certified through the State of Virginia, DCJS # 11-3105. Duties include but are not limited to, monitoring a specific area, evicting trespassers, perimeter control, and crowd management. Our guards are required to submit an incident report about any occurrences during their shift. 

We can conduct TSA level security checks at all entry points and areas of concern with the use of magnetometers, and handheld security wands, we can conduct bag searches and credential checks. 

We direct vehicles safely into parking lots and available spaces as directed, monitor the flow of the in and out of lots, and collect any parking fees 

We assist with ensuring a smooth and organized flow for attendees into a venue by managing ticket lines, merchandise lines, vendor lines,  checking IDs, and administering wristbands/stamps.

Event Staffing Inc. sells event tickets and assists with ticket problems. We assist attendees with finding correct seats and help with issues involving seating, all ushering duties at ingress and egress including accommodations for ADA patrons. Our approach is to provide a positive fab experience for your guests.

We will monitor the ingress and egress of guests to your event, ensuring that all tickets are valid, and guiding attendees towards the right seats and/or sections. 

We will assist in setting up displays, keeping merchandise stocked, and taking payment for goods/services. 

We will assist attendees in registering at conferences and take payments as needed.
