We can assist you with the process of planning, organizing, and monitoring large gatherings of your guests to establish a safe and secure environment and maintain a minimum level of space to avoid gridlock and ensure your guests move freely and safely throughout your event site. 

We try to anticipate and plan for the worst-case scenario such as active assailants, weather, or emergency egress. We aim to help you to reduce and mitigate the risks associated with inviting large crowds to your venue in advance, by training and implementing your venue emergency procedures.  

Certified through the State of Virginia, DCJS # 11-3105, and trained in our own State certified security academy. Guard duties may include but are not limited to, monitoring a specific area, evicting trespassers, perimeter control, and crowd management. Our guards are required to submit an incident report about any occurrences during their shift. 

We can conduct TSA level security checks at all entry points and areas of concern. Our guards are trained in the use of magnetometers, and handheld security wands, we conduct bag searches and credential checks if you require. 

We direct vehicles safely into parking lots and available spaces. We monitor the safe flow of vehicle traffic, ensure pedestrian traffic remains clear, and collect any parking fees 

We assist with ensuring a smooth and organized flow for attendees into a venue by managing ticket lines, scanning tickets, merchandise lines, vendor lines,  checking IDs, and administering wristbands/stamps.

Event Staffing Inc. sells event tickets and assists with solving ticket problems. We assist attendees with finding seats and resolving ticket related issues, all ushering duties at ingress and egress including accommodations for ADA patrons. Our approach is to provide a positive fan experience for all your guests.

We will assist in setting up merch displays, keeping merchandise stocked, and taking payment for goods/services for sale at your event.

We will assist attendees with registering at conferences and take payments as needed.
